If you would like to permanently delete your ChainRush account and associated personal data, you can submit a deletion request using the form below.

When your request is processed

• Your ChainRush account will be permanently deleted.
• Your profile information will be deleted.
• Event registrations associated with your account will be removed where possible.
• Authentication tokens will be revoked.
• Personal information stored by ChainRush will be deleted.

Data that may be retained

• Server logs for security and fraud prevention.
• Records required to comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Aggregated or anonymized statistics that cannot identify you.

Retention period

Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.
