1. Participant Conduct

• Follow instructions

2. Event Rules

• Users must follow event-specific rules
• Violations may result in disqualification

3. Fair Play

• No cheating
• No manipulation
• No offensive behaviour

4. Ride Data

• Only Strava activity data is considered.
• ChainRush does not create or modify ride data.
• Ride validation depends entirely on Strava activity records.

5. Activity Submission

• Activities must be synced within 10 calendar days.
• Late submissions are not accepted.

6. Safety

• Helmet is mandatory.
• No Helmet, No Ride.
• Riders participate at their own risk.
• Riders are responsible for following traffic laws.

7. Self Supported Rides

Unless explicitly mentioned, rides are self-supported.

Participants are responsible for:

• Food
• Water
• Navigation
• Mechanical issues
• Medical assistance

8. Personal Responsibility

Participants confirm they are medically fit to participate.

9. Leaderboards

Participant name, city, event statistics and rankings may appear publicly.

10. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or deactivated if:

• inactive for more than two years
• duplicate accounts are detected
• invalid email information
• fraud
• repeated rule violations

11. Intellectual Property

The ChainRush website, branding, logo and mobile application are the intellectual property of ChainRush.

12. Limitation of Liability

Participation in cycling activities involves inherent risks.

ChainRush, its organizers and volunteers shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage or claims arising from participation.

While reasonable measures are taken to protect user information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

13. Changes

ChainRush may modify events, rules or these Terms at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
